However, we will take all possible steps to offer you an alternative tour date or a different itinerary. Any resulting losses should be claimed through your own travel or holiday insurance.
1.8 If London Strides needs to cancel your booking for any reason, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative date. If this is not suitable, we will offer a full refund for your tour, but not for any additional expenses you may have incurred. These should be claimed through your own travel or holiday insurance.
1.9 London Strides’ cancellation policy will not be adjusted for circumstances outside of the UK. If you are unable to travel due to strikes, extreme weather, flooding, or any other unforeseen disaster, you should seek compensation through your own travel or holiday insurance.
