• To qualify for a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the experience.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be eligible for a refund, and changes within 24 hours of the experience will not be accepted. The cutoff times are based on the local time of the experience.
